This highly regarded Wealth Management practice is looking to expand their Training and Development function. As a Training and Development Supervisor you will provide a complete Training and Development function within the field based training team, working closely with Financial Planning Advisors in order to develop and maintain their overall file quality and business submission quality.
Assisting in ensuring staff competence is monitored and appropriate training is undertaken as and when required.
Assist in developing and maintaining accurate and detailed management information to enable the measurement and management of regulatory risks across the business.
Review new business client files to monitor KYC and suitability standards.
Assist in supervision of regulated individuals, including new entrants, by providing/arranging training, coaching and monitoring of adviser "day to day" activities.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a supervisory or Management role and will hold Diploma Level 4 qualification.
